Email our cellar door team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the bottle arrived damaged.
Package the Wine
Ensure the bottles are securely packed in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during the return transit.
Arrange Collection
We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for a courier to collect the parcel from your address at a convenient time.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
